Services
Senior Support Services provides assistance with the multitude of daily activities that our elderly population requires. Our goal is to provide safety and independence in their own home, or to offer respite for overtaxed family caregivers. After completion of our free home assessment, a Plan Of Care ( POC ) will be developed specifically for your family that is designed to reduce family concerns and ease the stress often associated with the care of an elderly loved one.
We provide services from a few hours a day to round the clock care… you choose!
Typical services:
- Caring companionship
- Meal planning and preparation
- Transportation to Physicians, bank, stores, etc.
- Performing errands
- Light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Monitoring of safety while bathing
- Assisting in creating a safe home environment
- Other reasonable tasks as requested
Our employees pass multiple screening tests and are bonded and insured. Most employees complete our Certified Companion Aide ( CCA ) program, a rigorous DVD and text based training regimen specifically dealing with senior issues and safety in the home. In addition, considering the lack of mass transportation in our service area, our employees provide their own automobiles for transportation and errands and are lawfully permitted to drive and assist our senior clients.
